TTHA offers respite care

As you grow older, you may find that you need more help with day-to-day tasks or health care.  If you are living on your own and not able to get out and about as easily as you used to, you may also want some extra company.

Sometimes, the best way to receive help and support can be by living in an aged care home either on a permanent basis or for a short stay (‘residential respite’).

You may need help because of an illness, a disability, an emergency, or because of the needs of your carer, family or friends.

Our team can help you with day-to-day tasks (such as cleaning, cooking, laundry,; personal care (such as dressing, grooming, going to the toilet), or 24-hour nursing care (such as wound care or catheter care).

As an Aged Care Facility TTHA is committed to providing outstanding services to the Elderly Community.  TTHA values and recognises all individuals’ needs with respect to their dignity, individuality, integrity and freedom of choice.

TTHA aims to ensure all individuals are able to age well and we continue to accommodate the potential of every individual.

TTHA is dedicated to creating a home which is safe, caring and friendly, while we strive to ensure we provide the opportunities and environment to enable our community to flourish as they enjoy their later years.

“To all the beautiful staff that helped look after Mum over the last five years, we cannot thank you enough for the love and caring you showed her. She really did love you all.”
