Support at Home funds approved services for eligible older people who need help to remain safe, independent and connected in their own home.
You may qualify for an aged care assessment if you need help with everyday tasks and you are:

How do you apply for Support at Home
My Aged Care will assess your needs and determine if Support at Home is right program for you.
The services available depend on your assessment, approvals and support plan.
Your very first step is to contact My Aged Care.
You will first receive a Notice of Decision letter and a support plan explaining your eligibility.
The title of your most recent My Aged Care letter can help you identify your next step.
You generally have 56 days from the date of your letter to enter into a service agreement and being services. My Aged Care may provide a 28-day extension if you need more time to find a suitable provider.
What determines your budget and costs?
