Getting Started – OLD

If you would like to get started, here’s what you need to do:

  • Book a tour
  • Obtain a copy of the Retirement Living Factsheet
  • Securing your unit
    Pay a $1,000 holding deposit
    Receive a welcome pack, which includes:
    Disclosure Document
    Lease Agreement
    21 days to review documents
  • Within 21 days
    Review Lease Agreement
    Take Lease Agreement to your solicitor, if you wish
  • After 21 days
    Sign your lease agreement – this holds your unit while you sell your home
  • Refurbishments
    You may wish to take the opportunity to make changes to your unit before settlement at your cost
    Refurbishments are at your expense
  • Move in date
    Advise us of your move-in date
