We combine the comforts of home with the security of 24-hour care and Registered Nurses onsite, around the clock.
We provide residential aged care and accommodation to people from all cultures and multicultural backgrounds. Respecting difference is a high priority, just like any community neighbourhood in modern Australia.
Our spacious Bayswater home creates the space and opportunity for our community to flourish.
TTHA is dedicated to creating a home that is comfortable and secure. Supported at all times by a dedicated care team, our residents value our hands-on approach. Family and friends are welcome to visit at any time, as our visiting hours are unrestricted.
Wherever you come from or the journey you are on, we take the time to listen and understand.
Ageing in Place
As you grow older, your care needs may change over time. Our home offers ‘ageing in place’, meaning you can continue to receive continuity of care without the need to move to another residence as your care needs increase. However, suppose the environment is no longer appropriate to ensure your wellbeing. In that case, we will consult with you and your family to consider other room appointments that may be more suitable for your care needs.

Our themed days are particularly popular, and our residents love attending the various activities planned.
Every year we celebrate Australia Day, Valentines’ Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Oktoberfest, Christmas, and much more.
For every single event, we decorate the home with colourful decorations, balloons, and table displays. We include organised entertainment, games, trivia quizzes, and served cuisine to suit the occasion in our events.
In addition, our main events, such as Oktoberfest and Weihnachtsmarkt (our Christmas market), are hugely popular. Our Weihnachtsmarkt is open to the public and a fabulous cultural Christmas fundraising event for the home, which residents love.
Our residents enjoy these events immensely, and we also invite our residents’ families to come in and dine with the residents and enjoy the festivities.
Residents, their families, and the general public are free to access our Changing Seasons Café to enjoy a beautiful coffee, slice, meal, or snack. Or meet your guests at our Changing Seasons Café. For more information on our café, please see the Changing Seasons Café page here or visit the Facebook Page.
Residents also enjoy visiting our in-house hairdresser for a new hairstyle or having a hair trim.
Pet Friendly
TTHA’s pet-friendly approach makes residents happier!
Extensive research suggests significant health benefits accrue through the bonds people forge with their pets. Pets decrease feelings of loneliness and isolation, increase social interaction and provide purpose and meaning to the lives of their owners.
For many of us, bringing our furry friends with us when we retire is an essential factor to consider when choosing a facility to live in.
TTHA believes that pets contribute to community feeling and encourage friendships between residents.
Elderly pet owners separated from their animal companions when pets cannot be accommodated in aged care facilities often experience an extra layer of profound grief at a time when they are already experiencing a great sense of loss and sadness.
Although TTHA has some guidelines, we welcome our residents who own pets.
